Successful Byte Night

Harriet Webster Blog, Charity

What an experience!!
On Friday 5th October, we slept out with Byte Night to raise money and awareness for Action for Children. The first Yorkshire Byte Night event hosted by Leeds United in the centenary pavilion!
As much as it rained heavily all night, it’s nothing compared to what children have to face on a daily basis. Throughout the evening, we learnt how the charity supports vulnerable young people at risk of homelessness across the UK – a number of eye opening stories that truly reflected the importance of their work.
We are very proud to have raised over £2300 for Action for Children, and are enormously grateful to everyone who donated to team Inter-vention.

Despite the weather not being kind to us, we have already decided we want to do it again next year!
